Ticket Policy & Participation Agreement

All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non‑refundable, but they are fully transferable to another person if you are unable to attend.

By completing this purchase, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation in the Magic of Human – Awareness Fair on June 20, 2026 at Firemen’s Park is entirely voluntary. I am responsible for my own well‑being throughout the event.

Assumption of Risk

I recognize that certain activities (including yoga, dance, movement practices, and nature-based experiences) involve physical exertion and inherent risk. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or loss that may occur during my participation.

Medical Responsibility

I confirm that I am physically able to participate or have consulted a medical professional regarding my participation. I release the organizers from liability for any medical conditions or issues that may arise during or after the event.

Personal Belongings

I am responsible for my personal belongings. Event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Photography & Media Release

I understand that photos and videos may be taken for promotional and community purposes. By attending, I grant permission for my image or likeness to be used in future marketing materials unless I submit a written opt‑out request prior to the event.

Children & Pets

I understand this is a family‑friendly and pet‑friendly event. I accept full responsibility for supervising any minors or animals I bring.

Conduct & Respect

I agree to treat all participants, facilitators, volunteers, and the land with respect. Unsafe or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
