Can you relate?
For most of my life, I knew something better was available. I felt that I could be better, do better and create more flow, love and beauty in my life. But I had a massive block and couldn't figure out how to create it. I lacked clarity, consistency and strategy to create this better life. I was living and behaving in a way that wasn't in integrity with what I knew was best for me, and I felt stuck.
So after a significant turning point and a fifth motorcycle accident, I choose to get help and learn how to make this change!
Through a series of trainings and courses, I found what worked. I applied a process and a strategy aligned with universal laws to my life and wrote a Dream Life book with my intention, beliefs and purpose clearly defined.
-->> Three years later, nearly all my desires were manifested.
This came in the form of lifestyle, career, relationships, partnership and, most importantly, my holistic health. I also overcame a handful of physical injuries, addiction, and unhealthy patterns that ruled my life for a decade.
Guiding my clients and myself through this process have created potent results, and I want to share them with you!

After overcoming addiction, anxiety, and feeling lost, a fifth motorcycle accident inspired me to rebuild my life, starting with my body, then my mind and spirit. Jeff's a great listener and is able to pick up patterns and words that were disempowering. He had a soothing, slow and patient voice to ground me and lead me through a visualization process. He’s very knowledgeable about the law of attraction and coaching/therapy which is a powerful combination.
