Carmyn: Community Curator, Soul Coach, Energy & Sound Healer

Jeff and Carmyn are partners in life and in business, devoted to creating spaces that support real growth, healing, and human connection.

Over the past several years, they have been on their own path of transformation — learning to live more honestly, trust themselves more deeply, and build a life aligned with what matters most. Their time living in Costa Rica deepened their love for travel, community, and meaningful experiences, and since then they have gone on to create multiple wellness festivals and community events in Niagara.

Jeff supports individuals and groups through coaching, leadership work, and transformational practices that help people build self-awareness, take responsibility, and make lasting change. Carmyn supports people through coaching, energy work, somatic practices, and intuitive healing, helping them reconnect with themselves and their own inner wisdom.

Together, they bring a grounded and complementary blend of support that bridges healing, growth, and community. Their work is centered on helping people reconnect with who they are, move through what is holding them back, and create lives that feel more clear, aligned, and alive.
