Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation in the Magic of Human Awareness Fair on June 13th, 2026 at Firemen’s Park, Niagara Falls is completely voluntary. I accept full responsibility for my own well-being and participation during the event.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that certain activities at the event — including but not limited to yoga, dance, workshops, movement practices, nature activities, sauna/cold exposure experiences, and physical wellness activities — may involve inherent physical risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release the event organizers from liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damages that may occur.

Health Responsibility

I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate in event activities, or have consulted a qualified medical professional regarding participation. I understand it is my responsibility to monitor my own limits and make informed choices throughout the event.

Personal Belongings

I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings. The organizers, staff, volunteers, vendors, and venue are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Photography & Media Release

I understand that photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional, marketing, and community purposes. By attending, I grant permission for my image, likeness, and voice to be used in future promotional content unless I request otherwise in writing prior to the event.

Children & Pets

I understand this is a family-friendly and pet-friendly event. I accept full responsibility for supervising any children or pets attending with me and for ensuring their safety and behavior at all times.

Respectful Conduct

I agree to treat all attendees, facilitators, volunteers, vendors, staff, the venue, and the land with respect. Unsafe, harmful, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

Ticket Policy

I understand that tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the organizers. Tickets may be transferable with prior notice to the event team.
