By completing this purchase, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation:
   I understand that my participation in the Magic of Human – Awareness Fair on September 13th, 2025 at Firemen’s Park is entirely voluntary and that I am responsible for my own well-being during the event.

2. Assumption of Risk:
   I recognize that some activities at the fair (such as yoga, dance, nature walks, or movement practices) may involve physical exertion and carry inherent risks. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or loss that may occur during my participation.

3. Medical Disclosure:
   I confirm that I am in good physical health or have consulted a medical professional regarding my ability to participate. I release the organizers from responsibility for any medical conditions that may arise during or after the event.

4. Personal Belongings:
   I am responsible for my own belongings. The event organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

5. Photography & Media Release:
   I understand that photos and videos may be taken at the event for promotional and community purposes. By attending, I grant permission for my image or likeness to be used by the organizers in future promotional materials unless I opt out in writing before the event.

6. Children & Pets:
   I understand that this is a family-friendly, pet-friendly event. I take full responsibility for any minors or animals I bring, and will supervise them at all times.

7. Conduct & Respect:
   I agree to treat all participants, facilitators, volunteers, and the land with respect. Any behavior deemed unsafe or disrespectful may result in my removal from the event without refund.
