Unity Circle is a co-ed gathering for people who want to connect more deeply—with themselves and each other. Through somatic practices, partner work, and guided exploration, we practice presence, polarity, and authentic relating. Each circle is themed, but the heart of the experience is connection.

No. You’re welcome to come solo or with a friend or partner. All exercises are guided and you’ll have the opportunity to pair with others in the group in a safe, respectful way.

That’s totally okay. Many people feel that way at first. Unity Circles are designed to meet you where you’re at—there’s no pressure to perform or be anything other than real. You’ll be gently guided, with full permission to move at your own pace.

No. While we explore themes like polarity and connection, Unity Circle is not a dating event. It’s a space for real, grounded presence—regardless of your relationship status. You’ll connect with others in a respectful, conscious way, always with clear boundaries and consent.

There are opportunities for sharing, but nothing is ever required. You’ll be invited to check in with yourself and only share what feels authentic and safe. Listening is just as powerful as speaking.

Some exercises include consensual, simple touch (like a hand on the back, or back-to-back breathing), but you will always have the option to opt out. Consent and comfort are central to everything we do.

Unity Circles are co-facilitated by Jeff Tessier & Carmyn Faye, founders of Reimagined Consciousness Collective. Both are skilled in somatic facilitation, polarity work, energy healing, and conscious relational practices.

Yes! Many people come monthly. Each circle builds on the last but is complete on its own.
